Next, the children got to discover leaf textures by doing crayon rubbings. We also opened up our nature center and looked at some feathers, bird's nests, milkweed seeds, and dry seed pods that shake like maracas.
Today we read our story of the week and practiced saying all of the important phrases.
Last, we danced The Chicken Dance, Seven Jumps, and had a fun time playing Ring Around the Rosie. See if your child remembers what we sing to "all stand up!"
