BYC 2020, week 1, Thursday

Happy Thursday!

Today's project choices were

On-the-fold painting
Lacing pockets (and Dream catchers from yesterday)
Big puppets
Salt dough free play

During our singing at the start of the morning we sang a local artist's tune, "Sleep Song" where our alarm clock wakes us up and we get ready for school. Sometimes we are little children, but other times we are mistaken for little squirrels, porcupines, or maybe bumblebees.  Just ask the kids. We also made muffins for the bakery shop, another of David Landau's fun and funny songs.

Off to work on our projects!

It's nice to have quality, free advertising. ;)

Today we pulled out the parachute!  First, we got to go under the parachute and trade places when our color was called out. Next, we bounced an old fisherman up and down in stormy and calm seas.

Then, we made foam balls pop high into the air like fireworks!

Next, we made a bubble right over ourselves!

And last, the parachute tickled us!

We painted some scenery for our play.

Last, we danced ourselves silly.

See you all tomorrow for our picnic and little play!
