Today's projects were
fold painting
nature sticks
crowns
home made play dough
After snack we donned our telescope necklaces and took a nature walk. Small groups observed mushrooms growing in the grass, mint leaves, beetles by the hundreds, and frogs!
Boy those frogs blend in with the mud.
Feel free to try to spot them as you come and go from camp.
They're usually on the side with the mailbox hanging out in the sun.
Next we enjoyed some time playing percussion with rhythm sticks.
After rhythm sticks, we spent a bit of time working on our play.
It's going to be fun!
Last, for dance we had a few minutes to sing and play
London Bridge is Falling Down.
