Painting our clay nature prints

In order for easel paintings to dry in time, today we used do-a-dot markers and Crayola's "paint sticks" which are super rich in color and not messy. Try those at home sometime!
The concentration at the bowl sculptures was amazing!!
Our group activity today was nature centers. We rotated through four centers and got to touch and explore things like feathers, nests, bugs, seeds, snake skin, bones, fur, rocks, and fossils. Ask which ones were most memorable for your kiddos!
We practiced our play with our scenery and also got a few dances in afterward! I think the most requested was Floating Down the River. :)
And now...our picnic and play! My daughter visiting home grabbed some cute pictures.
